The exciting Opera

On monday my school went to Picton school to watch the opera singing. Mrs Easton took Michaela, Stephie, Lauren,& me in her car. I saw some kids that I knew when I went to that school. Before we went in the hall we could play on the playground, After the bell rang [ding, ding, ding, ding].

Now we had to line up at the hall while I was waiting in line I saw Mark-Anthony..... a few minutes later  we had to go in. Now we were sitting down waiting...... Then it came on I was excited, well a bit bored because I thought that they weren't going to be in their costumes, but they were!

Opera

Yesterday Walkway Bay school went to the Opera. There were lots of people there. First they in
there self to all the people in the hall. There were lots of wacky people like the prince because he is really funny. The Opera play was about a prince and a princess, and the princess got taken away fromthe  prince .The bird  and the prince were tyring to find the  princess and the prince got a flute and the bird man got the bells. So when they find the princess they call with the bells or the flute. They found the Princess. but then the baddies tied her up with chain.

Blog Master.

Hello I am the new room 2 Blog Master!
My name is Bevan.  I am the Blog Master with Gus and Nico, as you can see we have the wrong
site address because we used to be in room 1 and now we have moved to room 2.
It's awesome working in room 2 because we are learning about Sailing.
We were meant to be going Sailing at Shelly Beach yesterday but it was way
too windy, so we are going to go in the fourth term on October 21st.
Also it's cool being in room 2 because in room 1 we didn't have enough room to fit all the kids in and have a mat space as well.  But thanks to Mrs Easton, who swapped rooms with us, we now have room to fit all the kids and even bring in an optimist dinghy for us to practice rigging,
and in still have enough room to wriggle and jiggle around.
As you can tell we have a load of fun with our fun teacher Mrs Parsons.
See you later on my next post enjoy loads of fun with our blog and get new info about WBS!

Thanks for reading my blog I really hope you enjoyed it and please write comments and I will reply if you have a question.

Year 5/6 Now in Room 2

Dear Readers,
In 2008 the Year 5/6 children at Waikawa Bay School were residing in Room 1. However on the last day of school we moved to Room 2. We are very thankful to Mrs Easton, as we have enough room to move around and also to bring an optimist yacht and a kayak into our room. So thank you Mrs Easton.
