In room one we have been learning about problems for math. All of us were put in groups. In my group we have got Hayley, Zao,Blaze and me Stacey.Mrs Easton gives each group problems to solve and we have to write how we solved it in our book. Most of the problems are quite easy but some are tricky. To help us we are allowed to get some little blocks to help solve them out. I think that it is good that we are allowed to use the little blocks. Sometimes Mrs Easton tells us the answer and we have to make the problem CRAZY!!It is fun but very challenging.

Term 2

WOW! Term 1 has gone fast. But I like School. Maths is the best. In maths we have been Learning about solving problems that have been said. But, if I had 1 more week of holiday, that would be awesome. First week back term 2. We have been Learning about Recounts. A recount is something what has happened to you in the past.   

Hurray our SELF PORTRAiTS.

YAY! WE ARE NEARLY FINISHED  OUR SELF PORTRAITS TODAY. I AM EXCITED ABOUT IT AND I AM UP TO MY FRAME AT THE MOMENT so I am going to very proud of my self portrait.   

Doing Research

At school pink group have being doing research on rainbow lorikeets. We had to do research on the computer. We had to get at least 3 facts. We had partners. We all got more than 5 facts. Some of us drew pictures of the rainbow lorikeet. It was fun doing research on the rainbow lorikeets.

On Thursday we started our self portraits. We started with the basic out line,then put in the features. The next day we did the colours.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

Me in Room1

In  the  week  we've   been  doing  some  writing  about the weekend.  My  teacher  is the  best of  all  in the school I think. I  like room 1  because  all  the  kids  are  nice  to me. My best  friend is in  room 1 too, that would  be  Shannon.We know each other.

The Portrait Art

In art we are doing portraits. You have to put a line on the top and the and the bottom,                    draw around the top and  the bottom and put the eyes and ears and mouth.
