This term we are learning about creatures in Waikawa my topic is the NZ Bell Frog. It is one of the most common  frogs in NZ, Bell fogs were inported to NZ so no they are not native to new NZ  but they are still very intereasting to reserch on.                                                                                         

Wonderfull Calendar

YES COOL CALENDAR  ART! When Mrs Easton said we were going to do calendar art my heart leaped with excitement.I wonder what kind of art we have to do.Then it was like Mrs Easton read my mind, 'we are going to do maori art' . Awesome, I whispered to my self I've got just the right idea a perfect picture. Well maybe not perfect but sertenley something that I could look at for the rest of the year .                                                                                                                                                              Now lets get started .I started to sketch my way through it all, after  I had done that it was time for colouring. Colour streamed across the page, light shined around.                                               

Time was running out, a the clock went tick tick tick tick. I had to hurry- lucky it was only my draft.The next art session I got on to my real copy, and when I was finished my heart was not just leaping  it was jumping, it was thumping.
